Where can I find product sizing information?
We include all relevant sizing information in our individual product descriptions, so that you can make an informed decision before you buy and know that your product will fit. Our product description includes measurements and size charts, as well as other useful information regarding the fit type and if the item runs true to size, etc. If we have missed something, we are so sorry, please reach out to us at sales@myblissedboho for more information.
Where do you ship to?
At this stage we only ship within Australia, but who knows further down the track? If you really want an item and you are outside of Australia, get in touch at email@example.com and we will see what we can do for you.
Where do orders ship from?
Most of our orders ship from within Australia however there are products that ship from other countries, where possible this information is provided in the product description.
What are your shipping rates?
Most of our products include free standard shipping unless otherwise specified at checkout
Can you provide more information about shipping?
All our product descriptions contain 'product specific' shipping and delivery information. If you have purchased more than one item, you may receive separate parcels as some of our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier/creator.

How do I confirm my order?
We automatically send through a confirmation of your order to your email address used in checkout.
If you don’t receive your confirmation for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com for further information, we will respond to you within 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This is a tricky one, if you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your request.
While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order has already been processed for shipping and we're unable to cancel, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the individual products returns information.
How long will my order take?
Getting your item(s) to you as quickly as possible is our priority! We ensure delivery timeframes are clearly visible in our product descriptions and these do vary based on supplier’s product location. We try very hard to use Australian supplier’s, however some products are shipped from overseas. Your purchases may arrive in separate packages and within differing timeframes due to individual supplier locations. Where tracked shipping information is available, this will be sent to via your email.
What is your return policy?
Please review the product description, including sizing information & measurements carefully. Our returns do vary with suppliers and are specified in every product description. Unless otherwise specified unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind & incorrect sizing. ALL returns are at the buyer’s expense and must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed with all labelling still attached preferably with original product packaging - refer to the return info in the product description for each item.
Do you offer refunds?
Quality products are our business, so if you have a fault with your product, please contact us at email@example.com so we can commence the faulty goods return process. In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, sale items unless they are faulty. If you would like to know more, please get in touch.
